Happy Hen Treats 7.5 Oz. Square-Mealworm And Peanut, 4.25" By 4.25" By 1.25"

I purchased this to go inside a cage made for it to fit. Perfect, my ladies peck at if for hours entertaining themselves and enjoying what must taste great to them. Easy clean up, with no mess; mostly because there is never anything left over. They like it so much that I've reordered multiple times and will continue to do so. Nice treat and much easier to use and probably healthier than lots of things you could feed them.

These particular blocks that contain the peanuts are a favorite among my hens. I purchase these in bulk on Amazon which has the best price I've found. This is also a great way to keep them from getting bored during the week when they are confined to their pen (and I'm at work). But on weekends it's party time (!), as they love to be turned out to roam my yard and readjust the landscaping around my house!

They LOVE this! They started getting excited when they saw the package being opened and couldn't wait to crowd around the treat basket and went into a frenzy even before I finished putting it in the basket! Before they had an old, stale treat square that sat there for months, so I didn't think it likely they would care, but they definitely know the difference between old, stale, moth-eaten product and fresh. The other stuff was obtained from an equine supply that had a few old, dusty packages on their shelves. Chickens are like people; they like to eat fresh stuff, not garbage. Maybe my chickens are a little spoiled and like only the best, but why not?

This block was 99% nuts! My girls were not impressed

Probably a great product, however my hens are sort of picky (odd ones really) with their food so it ended up getting eatten by other wildlife.

Wild California quail couldn't care less about this but the escaped dog loved it.

The ladies love Happy Hen Treats! I hang them in the basket and it's gone in no time!

Our chickens love most chicken snacks/treats...and this one had all the ingredients they love, but they did not show any interest. Bummer!
