What kind of hard drive to connect inside?

MPC Live II is compatible with any USB flash drive or hard drive and supports read and write capability for exFAT, FAT32, NTFS, and EXT4 file systems as well as read-only capability for HFS+ file systems. We often recommend using an exFAT file system as it is the most robust one supported by both Windows and Mac OS operating systems.

The MPC can be registered and all updates are a breeze some of the larger sample packs may take a bit but most stock sounds available are great

Hi, Akai Pro support here! No - Bluetooth by nature causes latency. For this reason, MPC Live II does not feature any Bluetooth capabilities. We recommend using radio frequency headphones with their own 1/4" transmitter for low-latency wireless audio.
