I'm currently studying for my UKCC Level 3 wth BD and decided to buy this book to support the course work. I can honestly say it's invaluable, equally it gives any coach or rider the ability to maximise your skills.This book is cleverly divided into sections that deal with many different scenarios that we can all relate too. A cleverly written book, that at last integrates corporate knowledge in leadership, with an exceptional knowledge of the equestrian path to success.A highly recommended read!

If you are completely new to any type of teaching or coaching, this book will be very handy.If you are not, it is much of the same, with some interesting opinions.The copy I have is peppered with typos, grammatical errors and one of the examples is missing part of the story lol.
