What makes these better than The perfect push up elite?

They are worse than the perfect push up elite. The grip on these only goes along the top of the handle, the bottoms have plastic exposed they are really uncomfortable. I have a pair and I rarely use them because they are uncomfortable.

Do these slide on carpet?

They have four rubber like pads on the underside, which makes them really stable. I don't think carpet would be an issue.

Is it easy to accidentally trigger the rotation or will they stay stable if desired?

They move very smoothly and are meat to rotate. However, the rotation is very controllable and feels very natural as your hands want to rotate as you go up or down. They’re not scary or unstable. Very solid feeling.
