FEL-PRO MS 95812 Fuel Injection Plenum Gasket Set for Buick LeSabre

Q: Ac delco 89017554 come with the pipe, does fel-pro include the pipe? does pipe need to be changed?

It has been a over a year since I handled the set that I purchased, I'm pretty sure this set does not come with the pipe. Really though, if you want to change the pipe you should probably change the upper plenum as well.

Q: Someone said this won't fit on the atp graywerks manifold . the gaskets that come with the atp are not as good , what do i do ?

I ordered the atp manifold and had it installed by a mechanic friend of mine. I also ordered this gasket kit for it, for the same reason you mention. I could not find a difference and neither could he. He installed the atp and the gasket it came with; I returned this one. No problems so far.

Q: did anyone have to replace their intake manifold too?

Oh yes, I had to replace the upper intake plenum. A small piece of the casting was missing right where the coolant gasket seals so coolant leaked right into the intake. The engine doesn't burn coolant very well.

Q: what are the parts that these o rings and gaskets cover?

Upper intake manifold and throttle body gaskets for a 3800 series 2 engine.the o ring is for the map sensor that goes into the manifold and u probably won't use the rectangle gasket because no ever takes this part off but it's for the water outlet on lower manifold. If u look on the back side of lower manifold (opposite belt end) in the middle of the middle of the manifold u will find where that rectangle gasket goes
