Worked perfectly with the Chirp software. I did have some issues that I didn't yet resolve with my desktop, but it worked right away simply plugging it in and installing Chirp on my laptop. Not sure why the desktop didn't like it. Both machines are running Windows 10.Had no issues matching my radio to my dad's. I just downloaded his radio's image and installed it on mine in minutes.

Programmed a few radios no problem.

The product is exactly as advertised, and worked perfectly. You have to have the correct USB driver to get access to it, so the company sends a small cd to load on the driver. If there was to be in improvement made, it would be that you did not need to add another driver to your software to use this device. But all worked well.

I used this to program my Baofeng UV-5R with the free CHIRP software. This cable is way cheaper than the official one and it connected between my radio and the USB of my window 10 PC without having to install any extra divers. Great product at a reasonable price.
