Char-Broil 140 513 - Pizza Stone Kit (Stone & Peel), 7.2x41.7x49.1 cm

We already have one pizza stone but bought this set so we could make two pizzas at once and the paddle was something we definitely needed as previously we had used wooden chopping boards & spatulas to move the pizza!The pizza stone is a really good size and great quality. Its actually too big for our pizza oven but fits fine in the normal oven. The first time we used the paddle we did need to help the dough slide off onto the stone, but after a couple more attempts and with the right amount of flour underneath it worked perfectly.When cooked the pizza was easily moved back onto the paddle. They are easy to wipe cleanReally happy with this purchase.

Been new to pizza stones i thought i'd try one, got it delivered and we planned to have pizzas that night for dinner. Got two pizzas made and then the stone cracked in four pieces. I dont blame the makers for this. i can only think it is something i did wrong.I bought a steel version instead which is just as good.

Used this for my first home made pizza. The stone is great but the wooden peel not so great. The raw pizza didn't slide off very easily and some of the toppings came off on their own. In the end I had to gently "encourage" the pizza off. The cooked pizza didn't slide back on either. So the stone is great but I've bought myself an alloy peel which is also great.

Stone broke on the 4th time I used it.I have been careful in not causing any thermal shock by heating it up from a cold oven and get it out once the oven cooled down completely. Also my oven does not get warmer than 300 degrees celsius, so not sure how fast this would have broke if it would have been at pizza oven temperatures.

The first time we used it, the pizzas were excellent. The second time, we followed the instructions again and made three fabulous pizzas but when we put the fourth in, the stone split in two. Very disappointing.
