Great nonstick cookware and PFOA and PFTE free
First, do not listen to the people who apparently can’t read directions and give this cookware low ratings. Before using them you need to “cure” them, which is simple and only takes a few minutes and can be repeated if pans start to lose their nonstick properties. Also, NEVER use spray-on cooking oil with any nonstick pan as it degrades the nonstick properties, and I rarely use metal utensils and never put them in the dishwasher. The key is to use a little butter (I love and use a little Smart Balance that works great) or oil before cooking anything. If you read reviews of all nonstick cookware they all at least partially lose their nonstick properties — especially the ones that are PFOA and PFTE free like these, which is rare BTW — so using a little butter or oil is all it takes. I’ve used these pans for many, many years and they’re still working very well and make cleanup so much easier, even with burnt-on stuff that can be a nightmare with regular cookware. My only complaint with this set is it doesn’t come with a 12” pan, which is really a kitchen necessity and I’d much rather have than an 8” or 10” pan. Also, standard lids don’t lock in place on the pans, which is a little annoying if you don’t have Red Copper lids. Honestly, given their performance and value and that they’re both PFOA and PFTE free I can’t ever see buying any other cookware. Very highly recommended!

Follow the instructions!
My 70 year old client had these before many years ago. They work the way they are supposed to as long as you treat them. Remember, don't use metal utensils (avoid scratching), and when food does begin to stick, retreat them. I'm her aide and do the cooking, and have had no problems so far. Easy to clean.

GREAT Cookware!
I received my cookware; I followed the directions for lightly oiling them and putting them in the oven for 20 minutes. I got them out; I waited for them them to cool; then I washed the oil out using hot water. I dried the pans; then I put them on the shelf until I was ready to use them. I used one pot the next day, waiting for them to settle. My food came out great. I really like my new cookware set. Thank you Bulbhead. These are fantastic.

Non stick but not damage resistant
We bought these pots and pans set a month or so ago and we love them. This set comes with a Manuel that states you must season them. We did just that. It’s very similar to cast iron. When you get ANY new pots and pans you have to season them or they won’t really be non stick nor will they cook evenly. I’ve seen lots of reviews saying that these pots and pans are not non stick. They are, just make sure you heat your oven to the temperature the booklet suggests and rub a good coating of vegetable oil(we used grape seed oil) over them and place them all in the oven for 20 minutes. It’s important. Now the damage resistance. They aren’t damage resistant. I suggest using wooden utensils for many reasons. Non stick will scratch and lose its integrity if you use metal on metal. The edges of the pots and pans dent easily so if you are the type to knock off extra sauce or food from your utensils, use wooden so the utensil doesn’t damage the edge. It’s not a huge deal to us, but if you are about aesthetic you’ll want to be careful. The heat is distributed beautifully. We tested the large sauce pan next to another great pan we own and it heats more evenly than it. Had it for years. I believe the ceramic is superior to aluminum by a landslide. Overall, the nonstick is great. If you’re cooking something like a balsamic reduction, it’s not going to just release a sticky substance like that, but a little hot water will release and melt if off like nothing, fresh and clean after that. Eggs always stick when they fry, but again, warm water and a little scrub and it’s good. People have this high A expectation with non stick that absolutely nothing will stick and you can slide everything around in the pan, but that’s not realistic with a $90 set. This is a great set and I truly do recommend them. Just be sure to take care of everything you own and it won’t go to waste or break on you.

Absolutely splendid
The media could not be loaded. I had this brand red copper pot square pot before, so I know the product is good. But the handles might come off the lids; the actual pots are really good.It is more of a slow cook, but it’s really hard to burn on to the pot when they say “no stick” they mean it!Honestly, this packaging 📦 put me on for a loop, because when I saw how small the box was when it came in, I was concerned that they may have not put all 10 pieces it.Believe me when I say all 10 pieces are in there! The quality of the actual copper cookware itself is excellent!Only once, I tried one of their flipping grill pans, and the handle broke off that one.Although that was the one with the flimsiest quality handle.Despite that, it cook flawlessly. Also the other product is bolted in so the handles shouldn’t be just popping off.-At least it didn’t on my red copper square pot.I decided to get the set because the red copper square pot was too big for me to cook and it was the only pot I had in the house.Usually cooking for a maximum household of two, but these are definitely faster than that one!I actually only owned one pan before I bought the set but it’s only one pan.I needed more utensils to cook with.

Ditch the Teflon.
I love these pans. After researching all of the ceramic copper pans out there, these got the best reviews. I am very pleased with them. They’re very nonstick, and easy to clean. I started with a 10 inch skillet, and then bought the whole set. They have been very durable.

Good quality and I love these pans
This set is the best pans I have had. No oil or grease need to cook. Wipes clean with a cloth so no need to wash everytime. Scratch resistant if you don't use metal utensils. I suggest using silicone cooking utensils instead of plastic. Heat resistant and super easy to clean. Well worth the investment, I have one set that I have had for 6 years and no scratches.

I just absolutely 💯 ❤️ these pans. I had some along time ago but were misplaced while moving. So I found these on Amazon and bought the pan set. I also bought the big square pan with lid, the 12"frying pan, with the 12"lid that goes with the 12" frying pan.
