GrooveWasher Record Cleaning Kit & Display Block

This item works great, however, sometimes you do need to manually turn your record platter while the turntable is in neutral. The instructions show it being used with the turntable motor. To limit wear on the motor, it's probably best that you don't do that. The microfiber works very well as the maintenance part of my vinyl workflow.I usually clean using either a VPI or my Spin Clean  Spin Clean Record Washer MKII Package Limited Edition Clear Unit Album Cleaning System  then play my record. If the record has been stored, I use the Groovewasher before each play....the G2 cleaner liquid evaporates rapidly and the microfiber pad is easily cleaned using a little distilled water.I also purchased these to clean the pad periodically  Rbenxia Tattoo Wash Cleaning Plastic Green Soap Holder Squeeze Bottle Tattooing Supply Pack of 2pcs 500ml The wood block and wooden handle is super classy and looks great sitting next to my Rega P3. Do yourself a favor and get a Spinclean and a Groovewasher and keep the tunes on vinyl alive!

Buying this saved me big $ from getting another expensive record cleaning system. This solution works great, leaves a nice shine on my records after use. Also really cleans old & new vinyl, getting rid of those pops & skips caused by dirt or dust. As an original KickStarter backer I can tell you this company has fantastic customer service. Great product. Wonderful G2 solution that really makes your albums sound new again. Everything is made in the USA. This is a "can't believe I have done without it for so long" product. Don't be surprised when it cleans the old oils, dust and grime out of record grooves that you thought you have been cleaning out all along. Your albums will regain their warm sounds again. Well worth the investment to hear your records anew.
