Q: How do I obtain a manual?? I hate to return the opener however we are having issues with the timing

RETURN THIS ITEM!!! Ours stopped working and the manual that came with the product was not for the product. We called that company and they said the item wasn't theirs. We called Banyan who we bought it from through Amazon, they were no help, and said to get refunded we had to go through Amazon. I started this process back in June and Amazon has stopped responding to me.

I don’t know the answer. I also do not recommend buying the Co-Z swing gate from Banyan Imports. It broke in less than a month and they say the can’t replace parts. The pamphlet in the box was from a different company altogether and when we called them ans showed them the parts, they said that the item wasn’t theirs. Don’t buy it!
