Yes it has Wuxing on the side. Mine is also generic. It has the 19mm hole for the bottom die to fit in and the M8 threaded fitting for the upper die. All of this sellers snap dies I purchased fit perfectly.

No, these are for the 15mm 831 snap button. If you search the term "831 snap button" you will see the type of snap they fit.
