This truffle powder is amazing. So flavorful.

This has an amazing taste, very pleased. Great on beef. I haven't tried on other meats yet. I sure it has many other uses.

Expensive for what it is but the flavor is good and there are so many uses for it from French fries to salads. I found that it tends to clump and has to be shaken regularly to keep it loose. The pecorino cheese and truffles smell amazing and the flavor mostly lives up to the enticing aroma that comes every time you open the container.

Good quality truffle powder at a decent price. You can probably find it cheaper in person, but it was hard to find in person at the time (local stores sold out). Aromatic and delicious.

Real truffle is insanely expensive and the flavor is unmatched. This is a product containing real truffle with the trade off of being diluted but beyond reasonably priced. If you're looking for something to spice up your dishes with that black truffle flavor, then look no further. We use this on everything from burgers to pasta. It only takes a light tap to get the desired flavor and if you combine this with fresh mushrooms it takes that savory goodness to the next level. It may not be a substitute for whole truffle, and it does not claim to be, but this will absolutely fit the bill and satisfy without you having to take out a loan. Remember not to shake it when using it; tap it gently from the bottom of the container instead. I have purchased the larger containers before and it is explicitly stated on the top of the lid not to shake it.

I added this to rolled oats along with parmesan, salt and pepper to make healthy encrusted thin skinless chicken breasts. It was absolutely delicious and went well with garlic sautéed spinach. I can’t wait to try this seasoning in other dishes!
