I really want to love this toy. It’s so cool the way the screen lights up but the white dry erase marker doesn’t erase. It makes a mess. I have to use soap and water to wipe it off for my 6 year old niece and dry every time she wants to erase.

If I could give this toy less than one star, I would!! First of all the age group is not 3+ secondly we had bought two of these in both of them are defective. The LED screen does not work properly. The eraser on the pen never works at all. it comes with zero to no instructions. And when you call the 800 number on the box, they don’t want to deal with you. They want you to email back-and-forth. A process which takes 48 or more hours for them to get back to you every single time you need to speak so there is no customer service and there is no troubleshooting. My advice would be to not buy this toy.

I brought this for my 3 year old for Christmas, it is now March and we have finally found the Marker under the eraser cap lol. Now she can fully enjoy writing in her notebook.
