Actually these are rather beautiful. All dirty grease comes off in washing. I have used them with no oil or grease proof paper. They remain pristine. They came without instructions so I have no idea what I am supposed to do.

Even burnt on beautiful crispy food cleans off easily. A good size. I fitted 25 meatballs on one.

I had a very old tray that came with the oven and over time became very dark - originally enamel. These are brillian - have used many times since purchase and still shiny. Even use them to serve the food as they look so good. -Don't be tempted to vut on them as the knife will mark - not good for the knife also. Hold temp well for serving. Easy to clean and dryafter each use.

I need to cook for my nephew's christening, and these trays were perfect for my batch cooking. Sturdy and easy to clean.The only negative thing is that the borders should be rounded up a bit more.

Item are as described, seem good quality Stainless Steel, have used frequently since purchase and they clean up with not much effort.

Great size and cleans up well with usual washing up liquids. Good value.
