Entirely Too Small
It says it can handle mini splits 9000-36000btu. But for my 12000 btu it doesnt extend far enough for proper intake airflow. They look like what I normally get from supply houses but nowhere near the size and quality. Buyer beware….

Missing parts. Don’t fit me cool 2700btu
I got this and no bolts or rubber gaskets to put it together. Now I have to send it back and buy another brand. This is a big hold up

minisplit unit was too large for the mounting bracket requiring modifications. stated bracket capacity was in error.
