Love It, Wakes Me Up In the Morning and Feels Good, Reduces Food Cravings
Love it, I'm so much more productive once I drink a scoop of this each morning. I can't drink coffee or green tea (intolerant to both) so this is my morning caffeine fix. I'm a long-term vegetarian and sometimes vegan (dairy intolerant) so some of the nutrients in this I might be deficient in. Not sure if it's safe or adviceable to take long term (or to take without exercising straight after) but it seems healthier than alternatives I've seen so will stick to it for a while.It has something called citicoline which seems to greatly reduce food cravings, so I snack less than usual.Not sure how healthy it's all and all but I like it and will keep taking one scoop each morning after breakfast because it feels so good.

As far as I know that isn’t normal for a powder to be that grainy and hard
