American Girl Crafts Greeting Card Activity Kit for Girls, 1200pc

I bought this for my 3 years old daughter. We make a new card for each birthday or party we attend. She loves being able to make her own cards. This set DOES includes envelopes, and they are actually pretty cute, you punch them out and fold them, they are the right size for the cards. Also I notice someone said it was printed on both sides so you actually get half of what you paid for, and that's not true, they are printed on both sides, yes, but that doesn't mean you have to choose between one design and the other, it only means the paper is not white on the back, it has designs on both back and front, and when you count the amount of pieces, you get the ones they advertised. I am really happy with my purchase and so is my daughter. I will be buying another one when we are done with this one, if it were up to her, she would get them all done in one go lol

Ok, I'm almost 40..and I am having fun making these, too! This is the best American Girl Doll craft we have bought so far (and we have bought several). I'M IMPRESSED!-first you get to pick out the pretty card u want to use...lots of fun floral designs, shapes, and colors.-next you can pick out the words 'thanks, congrats, etc.-then you get to decorate with little embellishments and stickers-you can write your own note, message, or draw a picture on the inside-there are even envelopes for you to decorate and put your card in, or write on the inside for yet another card!-BEST PART YET....there are FOAM stickies in the back to easily attach any embellishments...MESS FREE!!!! IT'S A WINNER FOR ME!I give this gift a 5 star all around. My daughter can create notes, thank you cards, letters to friends or grandparents and all without using glue or tape. They are adorable. My daughter just turned 7 and it's EASY FOR HER....and lots of fun for me, too!

The stickers are two things, one, a glitter bomb and two, almost impossible to get off. As you’ll see by the picture, they rip easy and often take off a lot of the paper too, so even if you do manage to get it off it won’t stick. Other than that it’s a great product, I just reccomend tearing out and throwing away the sticker page first before giving it to your child. And if they do want stickers, you can get a couple sheets for a few bucks at Walmart or dollar tree or whatever.

This was gifted to my 5 year old daugther by a friend. My daugther loved it. It lets her be all arty and creative and she spends a lot of time making cards for every occasion. This saves a lot of money too -- that's usually spent on brithday cards and any occasion cards for that matter. In addition to card templates, the kit includes to-from stickers that can be used on gifts, decorative little art stuff to beautify any gift wrap and let the kid go all out in creativity.I have gifted this to atleast 6 others kids (4-10 year old girls) after seeing how much my daugther enjoyed it.Thanks to this gift and a few other amazon staple gifts, I have been labelled - best gift giver :)Totally recommend it!

I have an 8yr old and this has been perfect for her. She's at the age where she feels 'too big' to be drawing her thank you cards and birthday cards for family. She points out that I buy cards and feels like it's a 'little kid' thing to make them.:( BUT, this has been the perfect solution! She can use her crafty/creative side to make something (which family appreciates) that has a more polished finish (which my daughter appreciates). This has been a win win! She also adores anything American Girl, so that helped too.

My 9 year old niece loved it! I thought it would be a great gift to teach her to send thank you and other notes to friends and family. The stickers DO NOT stick very well at all. You need stick glue to keep them on or use some of the sticky double sided foam to hold them in place.Doesn't come with envelopes, but seems like 4x5.5" envelopes will fit most of the cards.

I have bought these twice. Both times were for two different girls who: 1. Love American Girl Dolls 2. Love to mail and make cards. The first time I bought this for my 10 year old daughter, and she has asked for me to buy them again, and now she’s 11. The second time was for her best friend who also loves them! Would highly recommend.

My 11 year old daughter loves this kit! She enjoys making birthday cards for her friends, she feels handmade card adds a special touch to her gift giving. There is everything in this kit to make birthday cards, get well soon cards, thinking of you cards and Season Greetings cards.
