It not working because of the crack on the screen
The media could not be loaded. Hello my son tablet got broken and it has cracked screen due to falling, please can you guys assist me to repair it thanks

Very disappointed
Got this for my daughter's birthday and very disappointed. Worked fine for the 1st few weeks and then we turned it on and there was lots of chineese writing and the camera came on. It was being hacked, verry worrying. the touch screen stopped working and now it won't charge and come on at all. My daughter is very upset. I will be requesting a full refund.

Power button no longer working
The media could not be loaded. This was bought as a birthday gift to my 5 year old son, purchased on 18 August 2023. The product was well presented, delivered on time and no issues with packaging.However the power button is no longer working on the tablet. Continues to charge but not powering on. This has left my son very upset, disheartened that just new tablet is no longer operable.I would be so grateful if you could provide advice / guidance on possible alternate options. Only had 3 months
Worked great to begin with now got a crack from falling and the whole touch screen don't work anymore.

Rubbish
Only lasted 3 months now won’t charge at allI have a autistic son who uses this 247 now it’s broken it’s caused nothing but huge melt downsAlso it kept turning off and the camera flashing and loads of Chinese writing coming up I think it was also hacked this is concerning because it’s my 5 years old sons tablet !!!I’m very angry it’s only lasted 3 monthsSort this out please either a refund or replacement
