Q: What adapter is needed to make it work on EF mount?

This is an RF lens designed for EOS R series mirrorless cameras, where the back of the lens mounts close to the sensor. EF lenses mount farther away from the sensor. Trying to place an RF lens on an EF mount camera would position the RF lens too far from the sensor to focus an image. Canon makes adapters to place EF lenses on RF mount cameras, because the length of the adapter spaces the EF lens out to the correct distance from the sensor. It's probably not technically impossible to design an adapter with optics and electronics to mount an RF lens on an EF camera, but it would not likely be very practical or economical, and would certainly compromise image quality. I've never seen such an adapter, and would much prefer to use an EF lens with an EF mount camera.

Q: Does this lens can zoom in and out?!

Yes, this lens does zoom between 14mm and 35mm focal lengths. The entire zoom range of this lens is wide angle, traditionally used for things like landscapes and architecture. If you want to zoom in tightly on small things like birds in trees, or distant sports players on the field, you probably want to look for longer focal lengths, such as 200mm and up. Additionally, this lens is designed to be compatible with Canon mirrorless camera R models with the new RF mount.

Q: This for real estate or the 15-35 ? Real estate requires sharp photos, so would it make a difference ?

I find the 15-35 quite a bit sharper, especially at the edges. The 14-35 images require a lot of lens correction, especially at 14-16mm where there is a LOT of distortion and vignetting that lowers image quality and sharpness at the edges. I have used both lenses, and like them both. I haven't done real estate, but prefer the 14-35 because of its closer focusing, wider images, smaller size, lighter weight, lower cost and ability to use 77mm filters. I only choose the 15-35 when making very large prints. I use a faster prime lens for astro work, and generally shoot on a tripod, so f/2.8 versus f/4 in a short lens doesn't mean much to me.
