Had to return this product but its a lovely cage. Customer service brilliant when I had to return the item.

Bought for my house rabbit as a home base. Sturdy and one of the most aesthetic indoor hutches out there in my opinion. Like the plastic panels so you can see in. Definitely not enough space for a rabbit unless they’re free roam for the majority of the time. Not suitable for hamster as there are small gaps underneath where tray pulls out which they could squeeze through. No door to allow rabbit to come and go as they please so going to have to modify somehow. Nowhere to hang water bottle so will need to use water bowl. I added sticky back vinyl to the floors to prevent urine/staining. Pull out drawer is a brilliant idea. I use puppy pads and place litter tray in bottom section and it’s cleaned in minutes. Adding veterinary fleece bedding on top section for somewhere comfortable to lay. Overall, very pleased but needs a few tweaks.

It came quicker than expected it's going to be an add on to my c&c cage I'll be taking out the bottom drawer but I'm honestly concerned about using it I vacuumed it twice now but I keep finding microscopic shiny bits in it they look like fibre glass. I'm going to try to vacuum it few more times and deep clean it but this should not be shipped like that very disappointed

I have this for my hamster, and it’s great, cleaning is a bit more difficult, because the wood chip will come above the level of where you can pull out the bottom drawer, so you need to get some of it out from the top first. It would be better if the front opened, but for a hamster or Guinea pig it is great, I would say it’s still a bit small for a rabbit, there is no space to hop!

Its not very useful as nowhere to attach water bottle.Also bedroom can only accomadate one rabbit.Would be better if there was access on the side so rabbits could get in easier.

Just ensure you have plenty of chew toys to prevent hutch being chewed. And get a water bottle that you can either screw to wooden panels or hang from mesh at top of hutch. Perfect for a litter box trained rabbit but ideal for those that arent as the bottom tray just slides out for easy cleaning. Easy to assemble and wheels are fab for easy moving. My rabbit loves it

Not to easy to clean would be better with a door on the front

I ordered this thinking it would be great for my guineas.. WRONG. They never used the ramp so the only had the bottom part to run in. They have a much bigger cage now BUT i cant fault the cage for being easy to clean. I never installed the wheels on mine but if you get this cage.. i personally wouldnt recommend it for guinea pigs especially if they dont use the ramp. But if you find it usefull, great! Me personally wish i never got it because they didnt use the upper half.
