I purchased it for my Bose wave radio and it didn’t work. I don’t know about your particular model.

Will this work on model awrc-1p?

This worked fine on my wife's old model of Bose Wave. This remote works on MANY models of Bose Wave radio. I would give it a try. Always put a new battery in (#2025).
