First off, the product: As you can see from the pictures, the sign looks amazing. It is the cherry on top of my man cave (race crate racing simulator, ApeXShaver is my racing tag). Mine has controls with a dimmer and it is, by far, more than I expected. The color doesn't come out on the photo but it is vibrant blue as I wanted. It exudes high quality from the "neon" to the backing, ironically it came in a sturdy "crate" with actual wood that could only have been damaged if somebody had a desire to do so and possibly a hammer. Secondly, the price: I researched for like 3 hrs before I pulled the trigger, nothing else came close to the size/options and available fonts for the price. Last, but not least, the customer service: In a time of quick this, automated/robotic that, how awesome is it to get a business with personal care and pride in their product such that they will bend over backwards to make you happy? Well look no further, this is McIvan! I noted my preference in the additional comments when I ordered it and said to contact me if they weren't sure they could do it, and left my contact information. I had already made up my mind to back out if the couldn't do it (some place noted ahead of time that they would not do apostrophes). McIvan and his team. They got back to me within a day or two and we had a long back and forth with them sending photos with each correction I requested until it was right for me. I didn't want it to look like the stock font because it made it look like "Ape Shaver" because of my choice of capitals. As you can see it does NOT look like that due to McIvans effort and diligence to get it to my personal desire. Heck I almost felt guilty from the extra time and great packaging that they put into it. Bottom line: why are you still reading this and not selecting yours now?! I seldom do reviews but this kind of quality business deserves the props. This is a great sign!!! It is VERY bright. I got the dimmer which I recommend because and will use it in the lowest setting most often.The size was smaller than expected. The preview does not set realistic expectations (there might have been a size chart somewhere but I missed it if there was!)I got an email with a mock up which was nice, I asked to make a part of it smaller but it was already the smallest it could be, which turned out great anyway!I would buy another sign from here again. If you’re thinking about it just do it!
