When it comes to something that gets used, ALOT, don’t skimp out and get something cheap.I bought this for an investment property installed it, looked great but got very little use in the beginning of its life.Once the property went live it was used much more frequent for about 2 months then a plastic part on the internals broke.Inside handle would turn but not engage the mechanism to open the door. Ultimately my renters are now stuck inside. They had to use the back door to exit. Huge liability of something would have happened.So I bought a name brand one for twice this amount,… missed my return period so I’m out a lot of money.BUY NAME BRAND and save yourself the inevitable headache.ZERO stars

The product is what I was looking for. However I seem to be missing a pretty integral part of the interior side "brushed nickel screw cover" which would finish the modern sleek look I was looking for. I would buy piece from somewhere else but it's near impossible to find and unable to contact manufacturer

Wasn’t isn’t to install had to dig into the door a little. Still looks great.

The media could not be loaded.  Look and feel good. I really like the design but the cheap handle button keeps breaking from normal use. I just had to order a 4th one. This is all in less than 30 days.Do not buy this door handle!
