This laptop from US had a defective screen problem.
It was a bad experience for me.

Wanted to like it.
I so badly wanted this to be a good light weight replacement for my heavier MacBook. And even though they improved the keyboard and trackpad over the last generation gram, it still does not compare to that of a Mac. I don’t like the off centered keys with the numeric keypad on the right. It feels weird to type on. And why can’t a windows machine have a good haptic touch trackpad like the MacBook ? They’ve been doing it for years.I’m just gonna stick with my slightly heavier MacBook. The extra pound or two is worth the weight over using something that feels like cheap plastic.

Excellent overall experience
For starters, I normally buy more value-oriented laptops that have low prices points, powerful internals, and lower quality cases.I'm coming from a mid level gaming laptop with an RTX graphics processor that has about a 40 minute battery life. It had to be plugged in nonstop. My kids were always tripping over the cord and damaging the jack and port, leading to repairs. It was overkill for what I used it mostly for--internet, communications, homework, and the occasional demanding video game. Also, it was as heavy as a cinderblock and always made my lap very warm when using it.Enter the LG Gram.Holy. Crap. This is lighter than I could imagine. When the box was handed to me, I wondered if there was even an actual laptop inside. After unboxing it and setting it up, it wasn't too good to be true, it was the real thing. The screen is excellent, the hinges are tight so it stays in position--absolutely no travel while sitting and typing/moving the unit. The build quality is shocking, there no flexing whatsoever across the chassis as I hold and move it. The keyboard is always a point of notice for me, I spend a lot of time typing pretty fast. It's satisfyingly clicky without too much noise. We'll see how long it holds up but it seems to be on par with the long-lasting keyboards I've been fortunate enough to get with other laptops (I've never had a key go bad in probably 15 laptops). It has a recent i7 processor that is very snappy and makes my usage (internet, communication, homework, tv shows/movies) an absolute breeze. The battery lasts me 2 days on average. I charge it over night and put the plug out of sight so the kids can't mess with it. No more tug of war or double dutch with my laptop cords!!Overall my experience and satisfaction are extremely high. I'll probably recommend this brand of laptops and buy more myself in the future.

i7 is pointless in this laptop
The i7 just gets way too hot. So hot that it quickly throttles CPU performance to less than the i5 model. The screen is decent quality and I love the form-factor but I ended up returning and purchasing an i5 model that stays snappy and much cooler than the i7 counterpart.

Great features in a light machine
I was looking to replace my Dell XPS 13 laptop I purchased 5 years ago. Great little computer, but aging and slow. Also, all of a sudden the screen felt tiny...(my aging eyes).Since we travel frequently, my goal was to find a light device yet with a big enough screen to be able to read.I came across the LG Gram portfolio and was impressed with the 16:10 ratio display. To my surprise, the 16-inch model I purchased was lighter than my 13-inch old machine. A good start! After reading and viewing numerous reviews I purchased the 16Z90P-K.AAB7U1. I selected a device with only 256GB RAM memory to save money, knowing that it has a Micro SD reader. For $28 I bought a fast compatible MicroSD 256GB card, thus doubling the memory capacity to 512GB.Overall it's fast, bright and as importantly very light. The only minor criticism I have is that it smudges on the cover easily when you handle it. Small issue to deal with in comparison to the many benefits and value.

no real graphics card
ProsBattery lasts daysScreen is large and easy to seewill multitask anything that is not graphics related very wellConsMouse is in such a horrible spot it makes the keyboard unusable so i bought a wireless keyboard and mouseGraphics card will not process anything above basic windows and will not play any games or run multi screens .Very Very overpriced even at a discount .Conclusion .If you are looking for a simple computer that can do office work and has a long battery then this computer is for you, Although the price is ridiculous since my laptop from Walmart that is 3 years old and cost me $600 out performed this thing except for the screen size and the battery . I bought my son a laptop for $1100 last month from new egg and he can not only play any game he wants, he can run multiple screens and also stream discord and games at the same time . I paid $100 less for his laptop so this should explain why i state the price ridiculous and you compound the fact that i am stuck with this thing because i over paid for the unit and can not buy a new one . At this point I would gladly trade this laptop right now for a cheap throw away walmart unit that will run graphics and work . My personal experience with this is that i works all hours of the day and night and need the battery so that is nice . The screen is also large and easy to see although very dim and missing any graphics. I want to stop and play a game like new world or lost ark, but The games error when they load and the computer locks up. The mouse is unusable and in a horrible spot making the keyboard unusable .
