It works well but knobs work in opposite directions.

Simple to Install. I installed it at a Utility Sink and it really delivers great water flow.

The first one broke right away but, they replaced it immediately and all is good Now.

The media could not be loaded.  *Update 12/22*Faucet is leaking again... cannot find a way to get ahold of customer service for a new cartridge. Back to one star, what a waste of time and money. Time to buy a new faucet with easier access to parts.*Update*Customer service reached out to me right away and refunded me for the faucet, so that I can purchase a new one. That would be much quicker than them sending me the replacement cartridge from China. Changed my review from 1 to 5 stars.The cold side does not work, and if you turn on the hot water it leaks badly out of the cold handle. We've tried everything to fix it, but there's either a faulty cartridge on the cold side, or it's just broken...Unfortunately, we waited over 30 days to complete the install and discover this issue, so now we're SOL.I will update my review if they reach out to address this issue. It could be a simple fix if it just needs a new cartridge, but I'm not sure how to contact the company to get one.

Laundry sink. Easy to install. Hoses are cheaply made. They kinked when nuts were tightened. Couldn’t unkink hose. Had to replace hoses with more durable ones.

The media could not be loaded.  Went to install it and noticed one handle was pretty loose. Looking up the tube, noticed that side was missing the piece that opens/closes the flow of water. Completely useless.

I bought 2 of these for hand washing sinks in a tattoo studio.Both taps broke within 100 uses. Very disappointed.

Do not buy this! The cold water valve failed and blew off the faucet. Flooded the whole place and has cased over $1000 in damage
