It's Ridgid in more ways than one!
These are Ridgid in more ways than one--- as you would expect from the Ridgid brand, these feel very high quality and work great. The lifetime warranty from Ridgid on the batteries (requires registration) is a major added bonus! The supplier did a great job of shipping the product quickly. Thanks!

Not Worth It
Upgraded my drill and driver to the Rigid brand. I was trying to get a quality brand and thinking Rigid would be worth it. Boy, was I wrong. The two pieces of equipment are OK motor wise, but the chuck continually comes loose and the bits fall out. Apparently this headache has been a problem in the past. There are a few fixes, but nothing works. Next time I’ll go to the Dewalt, Milwaukee or Makita.Very disappointed in the ridge brand.

Good purchase with no complaints
I own multiple Ridgid tools, only comment for Ridgid as a company is, don't waste our money on the little carrying bags every one I know throws them out.

Didn't work out of the box.
Couldn't charge the batteries, I believe the charger was defective so I returned the drill kit.
