Glutinous Rice Flour 16 Ounce Erawan

I beleive this is a good quality rice flour. I haven't tried many but I've bought this one twice and the product is always good and 100% free of contaminents.

This is recommended in a receipe i have for Kimchi. Never used this before. Hopefully it will be good.

I used this for a recipe for coconut mochi cake, perfect product. Kinda small bag, but worth the money.

I got this rice flour to make mochi donuts with my girls and the results were magnificent. It was a lot easier to use than I thought. If you are feeling like an adventure is in the horizon, give this a try and make some. You won’t regret it.

16 oz just doesn't seem like much. In fact I actually weighed this when it came because I thought it seemed so small. But, it was about the same or less cost as any other kind, so I guess it's just what you get. I need to check our Asian market next time I'm there to see if they have anything for less. I got this to make sesame balls and it seems to work fine. It is a bit messy, it came in a bag but there's kinda flour dust in the bag so it clearly isn't completely closed off. Not that there's a leak, it must just be what the original bag is made of.

I'm proud of such a powder rice glutinous product, and must add it onto my vegan cookings, for flavor and for texture.

This is an excellent product to use for Asian cooking especially pastries. Well priced and indispensable

I’ve already reviewed this product but I’ll do it again. It’s fantastic for frying! Loved my sesame balls for it.
