Colonial Tin Works Chicken Wire Paper Towel Holder (Grey) (Gray)

I bought this to keep my cat from shredding the paper towels. It works! No more shredding. But it’s too small for a large sized roll of paper towels. So I have to get the smaller rolls. Would be nice if company could redesign so it fit bigger rolls.

I know what you’re thinking how on earth is a paper towel holder hard to you. The paper towel has to go through a small slot in the chicken wire and if you pork hole that paper towel the wrong way then you lose the end of the roll and have to take it out to readjust again. The other issue is that the base doesn’t have any weight to it or grip so when you pull the paper towel the entire holder comes with it. I have currently remedied this by using some sticky tack around the base but it’s not a perfect solution.All that being said I still love the overall look and concept of the holder.

This is very stylish, but will not fit over wide paper towel rolls, so we had to return it.

I was so excited for the farmhouse look of this. But when I got it the first thing I noticed was that it doesn't accept double sized rolls well. And if you do use dbl rolls , good luck with feeding the paper towels thru the slot. Also, the slot is already starting to get rusty and I've only had it about a month. It gets wet from our hands, but one would think it would be treated with rustoleum or something similar.

My kitten and the next youngest cat have found great fun in making confetti out of our paper towels while on our counter top holder that left the paper towels an easy target.This holder looks great, is very functional and keeps our paper towels from wandering paws and claws!

I was excited to put this into my French country style kitchen. Loved the way it looks but I use bounty paper towels and they’re too large to fit the holder, end up unwrapping 1/3 of the roll to fit it in and also had problems keeping end of roll fed through opening. Love the style, look but doesn’t work well

Looks nice, needs to be a bit larger in diameter.

Super cute and different. I love and use paper towels, maybe more than I should. If you use large rolls of paper towels they will not fit!!!I will keep it and purchase a smaller roll for occasions when I need extra paper towels.
