A diabetic, chocoholic's dream come true
At 200 calories and 18 cards, the Atkins bar is the best snack/meal substitute I've found. I'm on a very low-carb diet and have spent hours...days...weeks scanning the grocery displays for just this kinds of product. Either they're too high in cards or calories, are so small that eating just one is useless, or they taste terrible. This bar isn't great tasting, but it tastes good. I've met a few fellow diabetics and have been surprised that they all rave about this product too.

Fabulous bar, full of chips, race to the scale to see results!
These bars are fabulous!!! After eating only one, I am not hungry for the next 4-6 hours. They have just the right amount of chips to protein proportions (they definiteDO NOT SKIMP ON CHIPS!).I have been an Atkins fan since the 1980's.,losing significant lbs. each time I go on the diet. Yeah, I said diet, not lifestyle. This time I have lost almost 60 lbs. by replacing all three meals and snacks with Atkins products. This time I'm taking their advice and making it my new lifestyle. 3 of these meal bars, one snack size, and one snack size Caramel Double Chocolate Crunch Bar. I'm just now adding fruits and salads occasionally (because my husband makes me do it).Bottom line, try this bar, I think you'll love it!After eating these bars you won't be afraid of stepping on that bathroom scale ever again.

Did they get left outside in the sun?
I eat a lot of these, but usually buy them in a grocery store. I think these taste pretty much as they should, but they look like they got left in the sun. HAve eaten 4 of them already. All the chocolate got melted at some point. When it re-hardened it got all clumpy, stuck to the inside of the wrapper, and makes an awful mess of crumbled chocolate falling off everywhere. They are almost difficult to eat becasue they are so messy. Gave them a 3 only becasue they taste OK.
