These things are amazing. They really take all the tension off the backs of the ears, and distribute it more broadly so that wearing a mask for a long time is actually a lot more comfortable. The straps are soft and well-made. Durable.It's a bit fussy sometimes to get the positioning right, but once you do it works well. I have long hair, so I just make a bun in my hair at the height I want the strap to go and anchor it above the bun.

Very reliable, its version of Velcro does not show signs of wearing out. Very comfortable.

I often travel internationally and got this for an upcoming long flight. I tested it at home before flying and was very very pleased. The band is just over an inch wide which helps relieve the mask band pain over and on the back of the ears. I have tried others and they would still press either at the top or bottom of the ear. As per the description, there is only ONE per package. The photo is showing both sides of the product, not that there are two items. Still recommend if required to wear masks regularly.
