Can this brace be used when golfing?

Yes. It’s perfect for golf to avoid hyperextending your elbow. Was about to quit golf after having played for 33 years. This brace was a life saver.

Is there warranty? If so how long?

Not sure, but a well made product.

Would this fit a child? 9yr old girl

Probably to big. Would have to measure and check how small they go

How good is it for lefting moderate to heavy weightlifting

I received my brace due to an injury , for stability and range of motion support, which I could not ask for a better brace. I can only say if this brace was purchased just for support while lifting, I must say you should see nothing less improvements all around!!!!!
