I feel the difference
I was thrilled to find a B vitamin complex from a reliable company that didn't have mega doses of the B vitamins. These are easy to swallow with no side effects. The price is reasonable. At first I didn't know if I was going to stay with them because I felt pretty juiced every morning after taking. That may be from not having had adequate B intake for a while, I don't know. Kudos to Nature Made!
Finally, a company is offering a B-complex product that doesn't contain 50 to 200 times the amount of B vitamins a perron actually needs. I was taking a product that was so overloaded with B vitamins my body could no longer get rid of what it couldn't absorb, and that was the smallest amount I was able to find at the time. As a result, I was having terrible digestive problems every time I took one of the capsules. But these little gel caps are easy to swallow, easy to digest and I can rest assured knowing that I'm getting the amount of B-vitamins that I actually need rather than struggling to absorb an enormous overload of B vitamins that a body is simply not equipped to handle. smaller than B-Complex capulets, and easier to swallow
I bought these for my husband who was having trouble the larger B-Complex pills by a different manufacturer. These gel tabs are smaller and go down easily.
