Do I have to leave out the carbon filter for the entire week or just while dosing?

We would recommend to leave the carbon out for the duration of the treatment (7 days)

It can be use for Aquaponic's fish tank?

Depends on what is in it. Not with invertebrates, I have found. But fish and majority of plants with exact measurements of the dose is okay. However, plants used for human consumption or very delicate plants I would not advise.

Is there a minimum water temperature where you should't use it or is it safe to use at any water temperature?

There is no temperature restriction for using this product.

do i have tunr off filter in freshwater ??

No you don't have to turn the filter.off but you do have to take the charcoal out of the filter.
