I purchased this yarn to use for crafts for a Girl Scout Troop.The yarn does seem to break easily if stretched too thin, but worked for our purposes. I would probably not use this yarn for knitting.

I love the colors and my project called for different variegated yarns so this package of 5 different ones fit the bill! Unfortunately, 2 out of the 5 were unusable 😢. It just cam in today and my mother in law and I were putting the skeins in balls. Thank goodness we did or I would have been extremely upset when I came across these ver bad spots. The pictures are only of a couple places in each - but there were a lot more places like those. Will be contacting for replacement.

This is not yarn to knit but this is the best yarn to do crochet crafts like cushion covers or toys or placemats. The yarn is 4-5 ply and puffs up so the finished product looks very nice. Its also soft to use and doesnt irritate the skin which I find happens when I use normal acrylic yarn
