Cooks Standard Nonstick Hard Anodized Cookware Set, 8-Piece, Black

The lid of the large soup pot broke while it was being used. I was just simmering rice in it so it was not at extremely high temperatures. There is absolutely NO customer service for this brand so I have no way of contacting the company (they don't even have a website) to get a replacement. Would not recommend.

If you didn't know it you'd think these were Calphalon - except they're actually better, because the exteriors are nonstick too. I have fried in these, poached eggs, made Hollandaise and rice pudding - no sticking, and NO hotspotsUsually the frying pans that come with a cookware set are terrible - these are awesome.

Hands down best non stick for the money. I've had circulon, calphalon, etc and as far as I can tell these are just as good. Don't spend more than you have to. These are heavy, durable, and get the job done. You can't go wrong.

I purchased a similar Cooks set 8 years ago when I moved into my home and decided to treat myself to a new set since many of the pots and pans were well worn. I unpackaged everything and washed the pieces, excited to begin using them. Hours later, all of the lids still had water trapped between the glass and metal rims. If I put the corner of a paper towel to it, a little water would seep out, but there was no way to get it all. This didn't seem like a problem that would age well, so I packaged it all back up and returned the set for a refund. I'm not likely to purchase Cooks again.

Totally non sticking. These pans are the best I’ve ever had as far as clean up goes. I love how they look too. These are the best pans I have owned and the price is unbelievable for the quality of the pans.

Someone else wrote a review on these that stated a sanitation issue with the lids and I've personally just experienced this issue, and I have to agree, it's a pretty big problem. water gets trapped within this cavity in the rim of the lid and you can clearly see it along with whatever leftover gunk might be there from cooking/cleaning them right through the glass. currently i've found no way to drain this little channel and i'm stuck wondering of a way to at least sanitize the inner rim... no such luck.

Awful!! The bottom of the fry pan has defective bottom ..I can not figure out how to contact the seller in order to return it.. now it’s over 30 days..I do not recommend this product.

I have been using this set daily, three times a day for two weeks now. I really like the look and feel of the pots and pans. They are sturdy and very easy to clean, just add a little soap and water to a microfiber cloth and everything falls right off, no scrubbing needed. The 6qt stock pot lid fits the smallest frying pan, that was a surprise to me. I'm very happy with my purchase so far. I've used silicone utensils to prevent scratches. We'll see how they hold up in a year.

I think I will like this kit. The saucepans are just the right size. Not sure about the fry pans. The large one is a little large and more like a wok. The small one is still too large for me.There are small cosmetic flaws on the lids. The silver border is not continuous; you can notice a joint.The nonstick works like a charm. Overall, this kit seems sturdy and worth it.

The pans and pot themselves work just fine (hence the 2 stars). The issue I have is with the lids. During cooking, vapor gets in the crack of the lid. When cooled, the vapor condenses and becomes liquid trapped in the lid. It is impossible to clean and I had to throw the lid out. I imagine all the bacteria that get trapped there and leak out into the food.

Was nervous to buy these because I always think the higher priced or brand name ones are better. These are very good though and I’m happy I got them especially at this price. They are medium-weight, heat up quickly, and look good too. I will not put them in the dishwasher though even though it says you technically can but hand washing is recommended.

I liked this cookware a lot

I've only used them a limited amount. But they are solidly build and thus far I'm quite happy with them.
