THINGS TO KNOW: Made of medical grade stainless steel . Can use lightly everyday or as needed. Use Coarse side to exfoliate dead skin off heels and side of feet. Use Smoothing side to buff and smooth heels and side of feet. Clean feet Before using. Clean with mild soap and water, and air dry. If needed use soft bristle brush to remove skin debris. Sterilize using barbicide or autoclave. Should last 6 months with normal use. Keep clean and replace when needed. TIPS FOR USE: Please Remove Clear Protective Cover before using.
