I have been using it for my grandfather for the last 2 months. One can adjust the angle for user's comfort. Helps when one is bed ridden for watching television, sitting and feeding. The under pad prevents tilting. Material can be easily dismantled, folded. The support sheet is easily washable. Pillow gives comfort to neck and to somextend. If a proper neck pillow were provided, that may give much comfort. You can attach one using adhesives. If a longer hook that goes beneath bed and belts were there (detachable) that might be a better option for fixation of back rest.

When we lean back, the bottom raises, and further bends back, not holding in the set position, not useful at all, wasted my money, wanted to return, and buy something, no answer from customer service

The media could not be loaded. The product height is up to the neck, so the head is floating. Pipe material is not same as shown in picture.Bolt head guards not fitted at elbow location. The price should be around Rs. 500 max.

Product is useless and paitent feel more pain with the supporting frame,Amazon people are reluctant not to return this useless product. Totally waste of money . And hopless and cheater amazon
