Bad product quality
I have used this pastry board three times. I know how to treat a wooden pastry board and this is not my first. After using and cleaning a third time the board got uneven. No response from the seller related to my feedback. Bad experience and disappointed.

IV made pie crust and I really like the size and measurements written on it.

the replacement board was also warped
I got a replacement board which like the first is warped so it does not sit flat on the counter but wobbles. Are these people who make these boards unable to produce boards that lie flat on a surface??? I could use blue tack of course but I prefer to have a flat board. I am extremely annoyed that I have to return this item yet again - what a waste of time.
