Delicious & Nutritious alternative to dairy!
Since this milk arrived, My family has been putting it to the test! Overall taste alone, consistency, mouthfeel, versatility & nutritional value. It has passed with flying colors! 10/10We normally drink a very specific brand of OatMilk but Lechia is a much healthier option and was very similar. It has a slight flavor of macadamia nut but is mostly neutral. (I don’t personally like macadamia nuts but I enjoyed this milk). Though it isn’t sweetened, it is far less bitter than other nut milks we have tried so it seems to be a more pleasant almost sweet flavor. The mouthfeel is spot on! It is creamy and fatty enough that it gets nice and cold in the fridge, without having a ton of oil and weird ingredients in it like other brands. We enjoyed it in our breakfast cereal, oatmeal, hot beverages, baked with it and cooked creamy sauces with it. It made for a wonderful addition to a fruit smoothie. Was delicious used in a latte & herbal teas(It even froths!) Neutral enough to be used in a vegan Alfredo sauce. Will be buying more to make ice cream this summer. If you’re considering it- TRY IT! It’s awesome!

Yummy, healthy dairy substitute.
I recently had a food allergy test and discovered that I am sensitive to 21+ healthy foods! On that list was dairy, hemp, almonds, cashews, coconut, flax and soy - most of which I used in place of cow's milk. Macadamia is the only substitute I can use; and I am happy about it. It is very smooth and creamy with a mild, pleasant taste. It doesn't compete with other flavors, so it's great for cereal, cooking, making protein shakes, pudding, etc. I was happy to find this brand, which I personally prefer over others. Yes, the cost is steep. It helps with cost to order by subscription in bulk. My household members are tempted to drink it because it's so good; but they try to respect the fact that it's the only thing I can have in place of dairy. Well, there is goat's milk, which I don't have a taste for. The cost is well worth it for me; but it would be easier on my budget for the price to drop.

Flax Chia non dairy Milk
Good product. Been using it a while. Organic, nice consistency and taste. I mix it with regular milk to get the benefits of the Omega 3's.

The best and healthiest milk at the same time
I am so grateful for this milk. It has chia and flax seeds in it which are so healthy for you. Before I found Lechia, I had to buy both of those separately which would get costly. Now I can just use this milk in my smoothies. It has a hint of vanilla and no sugar. Honestly, the healthiest option out there. It makes my fruit smoothies taste so much better because of the vanilla taste. I usually blend it when I use it in my coffee. It makes my coffee taste better and I get all the benefits of chia and flax milk. Before Lechia, I had not found a chia and flax seed milk brand. I am going to keep buying this. It’s the best non dairy version of milk. I can’t emphasize enough on the nutritional benefits. Everyone needs to RUN to buy this. You’re missing out. Use a blender or frother when making hot coffee too. It makes it foamy. After using a blender, I just warm it up on the stove (I limit my use of microwave). Honestly, so good for it’s price. I am SO impressed.

Great dairy alternative!
I’ve been trying to find a milk substitute for my morning mochas as I suspect the excessive dairy in my diet has been causing inflammation in my body. I don’t do sugar and I always try to get organic. I had tried my spouse’s organic almond milk and it gave me a headache when heated, so did the milkadamia from the store. I couldn’t find organic macadamia milk anywhere! This product however, made a fantastic mocha that did not give me a headache! Maybe because I put the setting to warm instead of hot on my frother and avoided burning it (alternative milks tend to burn at a lower temp than milk). So I’m quite happy with it even though despite it being barista approved, it doesn’t really froth. It still taste pretty great, is organic and has a good texture and mouthfeel. I had read a review before purchasing of someone saying it does froth well and was excited about that and was looking for that in an alternative milk. But even after it had been chilled, it didn’t froth in my instant magic froth machine. When I used regular milk it would create too much froth, now it’s practically non-existent which is disappointing, but I still am very happy with the milk. It also taste great in cereal which I normally dont eat, but wanted to test it’s other uses and I think it’d go well with anything. The macadamia nut has a very mild flavor. When I first poured the milk it looked a lot like real milk, so I tested it straight because it looked so good, but it doesn’t taste like cows milk. Its not watery or a weird color like other alternative milks, and unlike cows milk, its naturally sugar free. The texture is good and the flavor is different than normal milk, but it’s mild and adds a nice little complementary touch of nut to my mochas (and the cereal). I highly recommend. Maybe using frothing techniques with a steaming wand like a barista, would indeed yield froth. But unfortunately my wand gave out which is why i bought the instant magic frother so I can’t say.Another note, when scouring reviews before purchasing, I had seen a few negative reviews from some rather ignorant people complaining about “unnatural sweeteners” like stevia being added and even saying how it ruins the taste. This is obviously ridiculous as stevia is an all natural sugar free sweetner from the stevia leaf. It’s a plant. It’s also the last ingredient listed meaning there’s very little used. I use stevia daily and the milk has absolutely no stevia flavor, it’s not even mildly sweet! Nor is there a chemical flavor. I had tried many different alternative milks in the past and this one taste pretty great. So I definitely recommend it. Its perfect for health nuts that don’t compromise with the flavor and enjoyability of what they consume. And those who want to avoid dairy but want the closest thing to it.UPDATE: This macadamia milk is rightfully barista approved! After my steam wand was fixed I frothed the milk and it wored very well! But I think I actually prefer low-no foam now. Idk but it taste better frothed in my instant frother IMO. Also, in the instabt it holds up perfectly fine to the hot setting.

Delicious and creamy
Chia and flax milk has been a godsend for me to help me control my diabetes and aiding me in weight loss. It has only 4 carbs and with 3 grams of fiber, it has a very low net carb count. It also has only 40 calories. I am so thankful to Lechia for making this milk and making it available on Amazon. It's really made a difference to me, and I look forward to drinking a couple of glasses a day. It tastes amazing!
