The valve module I received did not work properly. The seller helped me with trouble shooting the problem, and in the end sent a new module that works great. Very impressed with the sellers responsiveness and help.

Worked great at first, but after a week one of the cleaning stations would stay up all of the time instead of going down after their cycle. The unit is also slightly too big for the casing, making it very difficult to remove without using pliers. Returned.

The product arrived as promised in September and was installed in October. Worked perfectly until December when an internal part failed. A quick message exchange with the seller regarding the issue (literally one message each) led to an immediate shipment of a replacement. Would do business with this seller any time. Thank you for being such a valued seller!

So far everything is working fine

No leaks, perfect fit, but why is this so expensive for a plastic piece that will inevitably wear out in a few years? Kinda absurd price but I don't really have another option. Quality is decent

I only have had this water valve module for less than 2 months and it's already failed. I should have known something was wrong when I first opened it. The previous water module valve I have purchased came in a plastic bag that said they had been water tested. This one did not have that.I installed it less than 2 months ago and already one station is stuck in the open/flow position. This is the reason why I had to purchase a new one (about every 5 years they fail). But not in under 2 months. And naturally my 'return' period has passed so now I guess I'm out the $$ and have to purchase another one if I want my pool to stay clean.Since one station stays on all the time the pop-up heads never drop and rotate. And it also reduces the pressure and flow to the station that is supposed to be operating reducing it's cleaning effect.Any Help from the Seller here?

Excellent product works great. FYI if all of your pop ups are up while running your pool filtration system or just circulation your pool water, you have a problem. It is an easy fix or watch the video on You tube, it won't let you down.
