MYL Adjustable Height Satellite Speaker Stand for Home Theatre Speakers 2.1; 5.1 and 7.1 (1Pairs)

There were scratches, dent and the nut did not fit into the threads on main pipe.The threads on main pipe and fastner were incompatible. Likely it was double thread on pipe ends and the fastner had single thread. So, can't assemble the stand. Initiated return.

I am reducing a star because I had to return it, not because of lack of quality. But because it’s not designed for Samsung Rear Speakers. Especially Q950A. Would appreciate if the seller could leave description of compatible devices on the item. Otherwise quality seems decent. I’ll be buying the other model from MYL that seems to fit my speakers.

Very Average. Definetly not worth Rs.4,000. Its complete rip off for that price.The sturdiness is very clumsy. It does the job, but paying Rs.4,000 is way too much.There is rust in certain sections. A bolt was missing. Only good part is does the job okayish. If offline stores have a good deal, go for it.

The stand quality is good but the plastic that holds 2 pieces together to adjust the height doesnt work and keeps falling because of the weight of it own metal rod above and speaker weight added to that.

The media could not be loaded. The stand is quite sturdy. I have Samsung rear speakers model no swa 8500s and since the stand was not tailor made the screws supplied could not be used and I used a double sided tape and placed the speakers on it.i used the tape on the bottom and the back of the speakers. Now the sounds coming from the speakers are better as they are placed ideally .I had a problem assembling this as a manual was not supplied and had to guess and assemble it. They should have supplied a manual telling how the parts are to be assembled. It is not easy as there are many screws and bolts which I didn't use at all.

The stand was weaker to hold the small speaker. The height adjustment screws are of no use as they goes down on placing the speaker. I don't recommend this to anyone.

The product seems sturdy enough, but the plastic tightener for adjusting stand height on one of the stands, was received in a cracked state. It still does it's job though. Also, the nuts and bolts, though duly oiled and packed nicely, had minor traces of rust on them. The balance of one of the stands is slightly off although there are levelling screws at the bottom that are a big help. The manufacturer does not provide instructions for assembly, even though one can figure out with relative ease. The biggest issue is that the product does not specify it's compatibility with different brands. And if you find it incompatible, there is no option to return it as well. I own Samsung HW A67E/Xl 5.1 system and I had ordered this stand specifically for mounting the rear surround speakers. Clearly enough, the stand is not really compatible with them. But having an engineer brother has it's benefits after all. My brother managed to make a 'jugaad' to mount the speakers on the stand somehow. The stand will hold them. So now I'm pretty happy with the purchase as the surround set up is complete without having to drill into the walls of my rented accommodation. And it looks pretty sleek too. So I'd recommend this product, but go for them only if you are certain that you'd be able to mount your speakers on these stands.
