Great product. Works as promised. Not very intuitive when it comes to starting time lapse. You think it’s on and it’s not. Pay attention to the beeps.

Ordered camera bundle on June 5th 2022 and I still do not have a camera that works. Camera bundle arrived 6 weeks later than promised with no SD card as stated it would have. After it arrived it was Dead on arrival, non functional, would not turn on. I followed every possible scenario to get the unit turned on and would not. After many,many attempts through email (they will not talk to you by phone) to get service from Brinno customer service they finally issued an RMA to return camera. That was over 3 weeks ago, I have been sending daily emails with very few responses and still no confirmation a replacement camera has been sent. This camera bundle cost me $799.00 and 4 months later. I regret the purchase. There must be a better way and a company out there that cares about there customers, Brinno certainly does not!!!! Possibly Amazon can help me get my money back..
