don't buy this cheaply packaged crap
When my item arrived the little line of glue that holds the plastic together had pulled apart. This caused most of the red powder to spill into the brown mailing envelope and consequently all over my light beige carpet when I opened the package. Now I have to have the carpet cleaners come to try to get the red stain out of my carpet as it is so pigmented that it can't be vacuumed out. Oh.. and on top of that, I hate the smell and now my house reeks of it!!!!!!!

It works and the results are pretty good.
I oredered 2 packs and received only one but my experience with one pack was fairly good. I recommend this product.
