Really great to mark names on clothing. Lasts for a LONG time.
Recently moved my mother in law into assisted living and they do her laundry and this one pen did ALL of her clothing. Dries quickly and doesn't come off at all.

Works well and is definitely permanent.
Works fine as a permanent laundry marker. Used it on my husbands clothes while he was in memory care. Held up through multiple washings.

Not permanent but good for a few months of commercial laundry use.
Lasts well on fabric in laundry. Note: Permanent is not a good descriptive term. Needs renewing after a few months of commercial laundry use. Of course, I imagine truly permanent is not possible.
