Very hard to apply

I bought these to put on my garbage pails and their lids - and they were perfect for that application. The numbers stand out and are so easy to read. The next time we have a storm and they end up down the street I should be able to locate them quickly.The only thing I wasn't expecting - they weren't flat packed as illustrated. They were stacked like a deck of cards (each number was cut out individually) . It made no difference to me, they worked perfectly and I didn't have to cut out the numbers I needed. Just had to peel and stick. (I did wipe the application area with a damp paper towel and then wiped it dry to get the best adhesion). Highly recommend.Now I just have to figure out what to do with all the numbers I didn't use. I wish they had a custom package with just the numbers I needed - I hate to just throw the rest away.

I would not say they are easy to install. You need to be careful and go slow or you will waste a couple letters learn the proper technique. Others they look and adhere well.

I thought I remembered seeing a possible video in the pictures supplied on the order page. Thank goodness, there were instructions on the order page on Amazon.
