Babies Around the World: A Board Book about Diversity that Takes Tots on an International Journey

My 18 month old granddaughter loves to look through this book at all the different babies faces while I try to pronounce the different words that is below their pretty little faces. She points to their eyes and says eyes and their noses and says nose in their ears because she notices that that’s their different facial features and she notices that they’re different because then she’ll point to her eyes and then her nose and then her mouth but she doesn’t think that it’s bad because she’s smiling the whole time she does and then she says oh baby! It is a wonderful way to get children to be more open to other races and cultures for their future! My family loves this book!! I would recommend for anyone with the baby or toddler!

I bought this book for my niece and it’s very cute. She’s only five months old but I look forward to giving it to her soon and creating another loving multilingual, global citizen🥰

Love the idea of the book, however I was under the impression that the book told of a journey of a child around the world. Instead, it is just a way to say hello in different languages. Very cute.

I loved the multicultural aspect of Babies Around the World. I include it in my baby’s first library collection that I give for parents to read to their new born. It’s a great way for the parent and child to bond and hopefully create a love of learning.

Recommended for all families. I think this is an essential for all families. I bought this for my preschool and it was a hit

Loved the concept of diversity and greetings around some parts of the world. However, it would be nice to introduce a follow-up of books which promotes more diversity. This book is a great start for babies and toddlers.

The illustrations are beautiful, except that all of the babies are beige.
