It says "12-month worry-free warranty". The mouse got unable to click. How can I contact the seller?

In the instruction guide you received with your mouse it says if you have any questions you can reach Customer Service by email at cs@tsmine.biz. It says they are a 24 hour service.

Is this compatible with a 2021 MacBook Pro?

It worked with a 2020 MacBook Pro, and I am not aware of any changes to the 2021 that would prevent it from working.

Do I need a keyboard ?

As far as the mouse operation is concerned, it is just a basic mouse - left-click button, right-click button and a scroll wheel. In order to connect the mouse you will need to pair the mouse via Bluetooth as you would any other Bluetooth device. That will require a keyboard, touchpad or another mouse to complete the process. Once paired, the mouse will automatically reconnect the next time you power on the computer and mouse.

Will this work with a 2011 imaq desktop, which is pre low energy blue tooth 4.0?

I think will work with any blue tooth computer that will pair with the mouse
