love it for abs!!!
I love this product. I only use this for ab work because I have trouble doing abs freeform. This thing is amazing!!! I feel the burn and makes ab workouts fun and bearable.

Broke within minutes
Broke within 3 minutes and left me with a gash and pounding ache in my forehead. And all I was doing was trying the exercises shown in the video...

Caution on handles
It's not a bad work out product but one needs to be aware that the handles are not very secure. During the initial try of my mother using this, the handle slipped of her hand, and pretty much the cover flew across the room while the metal part hit her leg causing a very ugly ring mark.Just be aware when working out that the handles are slip on and not really secured to the bar itself. Not a safe product just because of the handles. I wouldn't leave this kind of review, but as a customer feel the need to share with others.

Strengthening my whole body in shape
I love my Aikotoo Pedal Resistance Band. It gives me energy and makes my body stronger. I start in the morning for 10 minutes and gives me continuous exercising, it all about strengthening your cores.I highly recommend it.

I think it works
Definitely worth a try for the price. I just can’t so sit ups and really want to work on my waistline. I feel like it tightening my abs while I use it but haven’t had that nice day after soreness from a strenuous workout. Suspect I’m not using it as long as I should, I’m kind of lazy. Will try to do more with it. Be careful to make sure your feet are really secure in the stirrups, I can see how it could snap you in the face if they’re not secure.

Make sure you use it with bare feet or socks!
The section that your feet slip into should have either been made wider or adjustable. There is no way for me to use it other than barefoot. The pedals that your feet apply pressure on are not comfortable so I tried wearing a sneaker but they won't fit and my foot isn't very large it is a size10 male.

Pretty cool exercise tool.
I really like this exercise tool it really helps with sit ups and other exercises for toning. The only thing I don’t like is that the foot bars are not big enough if you wear sneakers to work out other than that it’sa really good tool.

Dangerous item.
The worst!!! It snapped in the first 5 min. It’s way to short to lift up. Bad quality and it hurt me, thank goodness it didn’t hit my face.
