Worth the price
I've had this pump (300 GPH) submerged in 25 gallons of solvent (Tractor Supply Company's PSC 1000) for about three months, and so far, It has performed flawlessly. I used this pump in an old Saf-T-Kleen 30 gallon auto parts washer that had a pump rated at only 150 GPH, so the flow rate is a bit more than I need, but I was aware of the 2× flow rate when I purchased it and can live with it. I'm currently in the process of rebuilding the top end of a Ford 4.0 SOHC V6, and I am very happy with this pump. It just works, which is exactly what I hope it does for years.I'm an electrician, so the installation was no issue for me, but be aware, the hot and neutral have European-spec colors: to use on a standard American 60 Hz 120 VAC single-phase system, you'll want to use the brown wire for hot and the blue wire for neutral (not the standard American coloring of black for hot and white for neutral). Also, you will need to use a section of 1/2" rigid conduit to protect the wire from the pump to the switch; the wire whip installed in the pump is NOT solvent-safe. It's likely if you're reading this, you are already aware of these things. If not, and you aren't familiar with electricity, hire an electrician-electricity is NOT something to play around with.

it's little, but gets the job done !!
COMES WITH A 6 FOOT CORD. IF YOU NEED TO LENGTHEN IT MAKE SURE YOU CONNECT THE WIRES CORRECTLY. THE PUMP COMES WITH INSTRUCTIONS SHOWING EUROPEAN COLORED WIRES, NOT THE SAME AS HERE IN THE ( USA ). NOT A BIG ISSUE, BUT YOU GOT TO LOOK TO TELL WHAT WIRE GOES WITH THE YOUR PLUG WIRE.

If you need a pump that can handle solvents this one is working just fine. Had to do a little modifying but its a nice little pump

Little Giant!
A little pricey, but definitely wakes up my parts cleaner. Hope to have a very long service life compared to the original plastic pump.

This pump works great. Submersed in a solvent tank. Metal construction, heavy duty. Don't have to worry about plastic problems.
