Atwood 57553 Piezo Ignition Wire Kit

We have a 2018 Coachmen Chaparral 5th Wheel that we are full timing in. Our gas stove has had an issue with the ignition on one of the burners since the day of delivery. The guy who did the delivery said we could just light it with a lighter, but that was not acceptable to me.I finally got around to checking into the issue. It turns out the ignition wire was shorted. I prayed that replacing it would work... and it did! I have two extra wires now for when the others decide to give out. For now, I am happy to have all three burners working!

These replacement wires are MUCH thicker than than the original equipment wires that shipped with the range/oven. The originals wire’s insulation wore through as we traveled and all range ignitors quit working because they were grounding out on the range bottom! Now they all work!

2 of the 3 burners I had would ignite. Swapped the old wires out with these and now they all work great. These are about twice as thick as the original but work much better. Super easy to change out also.

These wires were not the ones that fit my suburban stove even though that is what I asked for.

The kit arrived very quickly, this was unexpected. They were easy to install, the wire is thicker and looks sturdy enough to withstand the shaking in travel. Installed they work well producing a good spark. Very happy so far. I will revisit this review if we have problems later. Right now I can recommend the product without reservation.
